Scope at a glance
Project overview
Alquimedez delivers counseling, psychiatric evaluation and medication management by telehealth across seven states, plus assessments for courts and immigration. We designed and built the website and the intake system behind it.
Business challenge
Patients may be anxious, new to the system and more comfortable in Spanish. The practice needed to explain a multi-state telehealth service and insurance by state, and every request had to land in its CRM in an organized way.
Goals and requirements
Lower the barrier for first-time patients
Serve English and Spanish speakers equally well
Be clear about state availability and insurance
Send each intake submission into the CRM
Proposed solution
English and Spanish are first-class, with a language switch in the main menu and Spanish counterparts for services and patient resources. A single Request an Appointment button sets expectations about response time. A custom six-step WordPress form saves each step in its own database tables and, on submit, creates records in Zoho CRM through its API, with out-of-state requests routed to Leads.
Implementation process
01
Every page has a Spanish counterpart
Language switch in the main menu and Spanish services and patient-resources pages; language-first intake step being added.
02
One obvious way to ask for care
Request button in the header and hero with a plain-language expectation of response time.
03
Seven states, each explained
A dedicated insurance and fees page for each state, with licensure and availability stated up front and HIPAA notice and financial agreement linked.
04
Search-ready from the first page
Descriptive metadata and share card, analytics through Google Site Kit, a blog with long-form guides and one page per specialty service.

What the team gained
A clear request button, bilingual copy and a promised response time make the first step easy
Every intake submission becomes a structured CRM record with a reference number, not a loose email
The same intake system is being extended with language-first steps and e-signed agreements, and connected to clinical systems
These are qualitative benefits described by the project team. No performance or revenue figures are claimed.
