Privacy Policy

What we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have.

Last updated: 29 October 2026

1. Who we are

Dynabyt Technologies (“we”, “us”) operates this website. We are the controller of the personal information described below.

2. Information we collect

Enquiry form

When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, business email, company name, optional website, the service you need, optional budget range and timeline, your project description, and your confirmation of consent. We also store the date and time of the submission, a shortened one-way hash of your IP address for abuse prevention, and your browser’s user-agent string.

Technical data

Our web server may log standard request data (IP address, pages requested, browser type and time) for security and troubleshooting. To protect the form from spam we use a hidden field, a time check, a signed form token and rate limiting.

Analytics

If analytics is enabled on this site, Google Analytics runs only after you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you decline, it does not load.

3. How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, prepare a proposal.
  • To protect the website and form against spam, abuse and security threats.
  • If you accept analytics: to understand which pages are useful and improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

4. Who receives it

Your enquiry is stored on our hosting infrastructure. Depending on how the site is configured it may also be sent to our email provider, our CRM (for example HubSpot, Zoho CRM or Salesforce) or an automation service we use to route enquiries. These providers process the information on our behalf. We may also disclose information where required by law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. We then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.

6. Cookies

  • Strictly necessary: visitors to the public pages are not given any tracking cookies. A session cookie is used only on the password-protected admin area for our staff.
  • Analytics (optional): only if enabled and you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies to measure site use. You can change your mind by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
  • Spam protection (optional): if enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile may set a small amount of data to tell humans from bots.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact us using the contact form.

8. Security

Submissions are stored outside the public web folder, access to the admin area is password protected, and traffic should be served over HTTPS. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International transfers

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards.

10. Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.

12. Contact
