AI Automation & Integrations

Reduce manual work. Make your tools work as one system.

We map your processes, automate the repetitive steps with n8n, AI-assisted workflows and APIs, and connect your CRM, forms, website and business applications, with testing, monitoring and documentation built in.

Why it matters

Automation that is reliable enough to depend on

Hours back every week

Data entry, copy and paste, status chasing and routine notifications move to workflows that run every time.

Fewer silos, fewer errors

When systems share data automatically, you stop retyping it and stop reconciling conflicting versions.

Built to be maintained

Error handling, logging, alerts and documentation mean you know when something fails and how it works.

What we cover

What we automate and connect

We start from the process, not the tool, and use AI only where it earns its place.

Process discovery and automation planning

Identify which tasks are worth automating, what data they need and where a person should stay in the loop.

n8n-based workflow automation

Self-hosted or cloud n8n workflows where they are the right fit for your volume, control and budget.

AI-assisted business processes

Use tools such as Claude to summarize, classify, extract and draft, with review steps for anything important.

CRM-to-marketing and CRM-to-operations integrations

Keep your CRM in step with email, billing, support, project and internal systems.

Form, website, email and application integrations

Send website and form data to the right place, with the right fields, every time.

Data synchronization and enrichment

Sync records across systems and fill gaps from approved data sources, with clear rules for conflicts.

Alerts, task creation and lead assignment

Notify the right person at the right moment and create the follow-up task automatically.

Error handling, testing, monitoring and documentation

Retries, failure alerts, test cases and written runbooks so automation does not become a black box.

System integration

Three ways to connect systems, and how we choose

Not every connection needs custom code, and not every one should be a quick no-code recipe. We pick the simplest approach that is reliable for your case.

Native integration

Built-in connectors

Use the integration that already exists between two platforms, configured and mapped properly.

Best when: The connector covers the fields and behavior you need and your plan supports it.

No-code / low-code

Workflow automation

Build workflows in a tool such as n8n that call each platform and transform data between them.

Best when: You need flexible logic, several systems in one flow, or something a native connector cannot do.

Custom API development

Code-level integration

Write and host custom code against platform APIs, with authentication, queues, logging and tests.

Best when: Volume, security, complex mapping or business rules go beyond what a workflow tool should carry.

We confirm before we promise. We only commit to a specific integration after checking that the platforms expose the APIs or objects you need, what access and permissions are required, and what limits apply. If something is not feasible, we tell you early and suggest an alternative.

What you receive

Deliverables

You receive working automation and the knowledge to keep it running.

  • Process map and automation plan
  • Configured and tested workflows or integrations
  • Error handling, retries and failure alerts
  • Credential and access checklist
  • Runbook explaining each workflow, its triggers and how to troubleshoot it
  • Handover session for your team

How it runs

Process overview

  1. DiscoverWalk through the process end to end and note every system, input, decision and owner.
  2. DesignChoose native, no-code or custom, define data mapping, error paths and approval points.
  3. Build and testBuild against test data first, then run controlled pilots before going live.
  4. Monitor and improveWatch run history and failures, tune the logic and extend what works.

FAQs

Questions we often hear

Do you use AI everywhere?

No. We use AI where it helps, such as summarizing, classifying, extracting and drafting, and keep ordinary rule-based automation for anything that must be exact and predictable. Important actions keep a human approval step.

Which integrations can you build?

We cannot responsibly list every combination up front. We confirm feasibility, API access, permissions and limits for your specific systems during discovery, then commit to what is achievable.

What is n8n?

n8n is a workflow automation platform that connects apps and services through visual workflows. It can be self-hosted or used as a cloud service, which makes it a good fit when you want more control than typical no-code tools.

How do you handle data privacy with AI tools?

We review which data would be sent to which service, apply the minimum necessary, and keep sensitive information out of third-party AI tools unless you have approved that and the provider terms support it. We cannot guarantee a third party's behavior, so we document what goes where.

What happens when an automation fails?

Workflows include error handling and alerts so failures are visible. Where possible they retry safely, and the runbook explains how to investigate and recover.

Can you take over automations someone else built?

Yes. We review what exists, document it, fix what is fragile and decide with you what to keep.

Which task should stop eating your team's time?

Describe the process and the tools involved. We will tell you what can be automated and what should stay manual.
